Account
Your email address, your orders, deposits and balance history — needed to run your account.
Device and network (fraud prevention)
Your IP address, approximate location (country, region, city), internet provider, browser and device type, screen size, time zone, languages and a device fingerprint computed in your browser. We use these to prevent fraud and payment abuse, to link accounts that belong to the same person, and to secure your account. Kept up to 180 days.
Usage analytics and session recording
Pages you visit, searches, clicks, and a recording of how you use the pages (with every form field masked; codes, passwords and delivered products are never recorded). In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland this starts only after you agree. Analytics are kept up to 180 days, recordings 30 days.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. Order details needed to deliver a product (for example an activation email) are shared with the supplier of that product. Emails are sent through our email provider.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account through Support.
